We ship worldwide. Delivery charges are automatically calculated in the shopping cart if you are from Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Courier Service – in New Zealand
We use Poste Haste Couriers and a signature is required. If you are not home they will leave a card for you to organise a redelivery time. However, you can “opt out” of signature required at the check out by stating in the delivery instructions you want your parcel left and saying where. Eg – Please leave on the front door steps”. This means you do not have to be home to receive the package but if it does go missing – you can not hold us or the courier company responsible.

Delivery to a Post Office Box
Delivery to a Post Office box is not valid in New Zealand. In Australia it will not be tracked and will be delivered by Australia Post. In Australia please allow an extra 5 working days for delivery as we can not access faster, courier times to a P O Box.

In New Zealand please contact us to arrange a track. In Australia you can go straight to the Toll website
www.Toll.com.au You can enter your order number in to track. Eg enter ORD00012456. If you have problems, please contact us.
International Orders
Orders for all countries outside of New Zealand and Australia need to be purchased in USD. (If you are in the UK or Europe please order from
www.brollysheets.co.uk. For example – if you are in Singapore and have an Australian Credit Card, you will still need to choose USD as your currency and pay in USD.
