In the rare instance you are ever dissatisfied with your Brolly Sheet purchase please contact us for information about returns.We guarantee all our products for 12 months from purchase date. If you find a fault within 12 months we will refund your or replace your order.
We will gladly refund your purchase for unused items within 30 days if returned undamaged in their original packaging. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Goods are returned to Brolly Sheets at your expense, however if products are faulty, we will refund or credit the cost of the return postage. Just contact us and let us know what is happening.
