When will my order be shipped? In most cases your order will be packed and sent within 24 hours of being placed but please allow 3 working days for processing just to be on the safe side. We may have staff away or pressure on the warehouse.

Do I order in units or cartons? We will have this discussion when we sign you up and set up your order capability to show whether you are ordering in units or cartons.

Minimum order quantities? Our minimum order quantity is 20 units which can be a mix of colours and sizes

Do you offer a trade price for your other products? Yes we do, but the margins are a lot lower. Our waterproof sheets and duvet liners have a high manufacturer cost. To keep these products affordable we do not sell them at a full margin. Please enquire if you require pricing for any other products. glenn@brollysheets.com

Credit limit. Your first three orders will be pre-paid before we ship. After your thrird order we will set you up a credit limit and term swill be on the 20th of the following month.

Delivery. Within New Zealand delivery will be by Post Haste couriers sent from our warehouse in Auckland. Within Australia delivery will by Toll Couriers on a tracked service. Delivery to metropolitan cities is normally 3 working days. Please allow 5 working days to be on the safe side:
